What is your return/exchange policy?
Because of the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer any return or exchanges on orders. All orders are final sale. We provide more than adequate cushioning to each shipment to avoid breakage, and if your product arrives broken your package may be insured by the shipper. We have yet to have a broken item in transit. Please take detailed photos of the damage, and call your shipper right away, also please notify us as well and email us the photos so we can notify Canada Post.
Is there THC in your liquids?
No. These are nicotine and non-nicotine liquids strictly for adult use only. Vaping is considered to be a less harmful alternative to smoking. We do not recommend attempting to alter our products in any way as this could be dangerous and will potentially ruin the flavor.
Will there be sales tax on my order?
TVC Liquids Inc. will apply sales tax to orders within Canada only.
Who pays Customs duties & taxes on orders?
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States/Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original
delivery estimates, and we have no control over this. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing TVC products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of TVC products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No TVC products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such products. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by customs for failure to comply with local laws. Products refused by customs or customers for failure to meet local laws will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply. Products refused by customers for tax liability and returned to our facility will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
What if my address is undeliverable?
Please always check to make sure your address is correct before submitting your order, if your address was entered wrong and your order returned to us, we will immediately contact you and ship your package back out to you the following business day we received it, at the expense of postage to you. You can re-select your postage rate (tracking or no tracking), and you will only be charged for the shipping cost.
What does 50VG and 70VG mean? What is the no nicotine option?
Our liquids are composed of Propylene Glycol & Vegetable Glycerin, Nicotine & Flavoring. The number beside VG is the ratio of PG & VG in the liquid. We designed the 50VG to work around the board, whereas the 70VG is slightly thicker and can be difficult to use if you are not building the appropriate coils or using the right Rebuildable Atomizer. If you are unsure of what to choose, we suggest to try 50VG first. Please select 0MG for no nicotine.
Can I place a wholesale order?
No, our products are exclusively sold on our website only. We do not currently offer any wholesale opportunities. Please beware of other sites that post our products for sale, we do everything we can to eliminate fake sites that pretend to offer our products for sale, and monitor for this.
I have not received my package yet, what should I do?
Please be patient, as shipment times fluctuate and is out of our control. We ship worldwide, so depending on your location you may be insured by the shipper on the off chance the shipper loses the package in transit. Shipments to the USA have a 100% package delivery rate and the only reason your package has not been delivered is due to an undeliverable address.
How does the order process work?
Once your order is received, we will process your payment method.
If you order declines, you will receive an email notification with further steps to complete payment for your order. Orders outside of Canada are billed in US funds. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you selected tracking, you will receive your tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Orders can be changed provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified.
Where do you ship from and what are my shipping options?
We ship from our distribution center in Vancouver, BC and are partnered with Canada Post to provide the quickest and most secure, cost effective option to our US customers with USPS, and Worldwide. Tracking & non-tracking options are available for our US customers. Canadian customers have tracking included in the shipping cost. There is no tracking available for International orders as the cost to track your items would not be economical, and still arrives in the same timeframe as tracked shipments.

How does my order get shipped?
We sufficiently package each order to be protected from breakage in transit, and your order will be delivered directly to your door or mailbox. We will not be held responsible for theft of your package from your home or apartment. We ship items discreetly in kraft packaging directly to you, and we have yet to come across an instance of theft of one of our packages in transit or to a customers address. No signature is required on delivery and this cannot be changed. We guarantee our packages to arrive safely and securely to your door, and the shipper insures your package up to $100.
What about FDA regulations in the USA?
Because we are a Canadian company, we do not adhere to FDA regulations. Our website, order and shipping process is a custom and secure system that allows us to ship our products to the USA and the world. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We are very strict about keeping your personal information completely confidential, and have various systems in place to keep your information safe and secure. We do not sell or trade customer’s information with any third parties or individuals. We do not store your card details and we are fully PCI compliant.
